
GETTING STARTED WITH THERAPY
We have an easy 3 step process to get you started on your journey.
SCHEDULE A NEW CLIENTÂ CONSULTATION
During this free 15 minute phone chat, you will get to talk about the changes you would like to see in your life, pay options and get answers to any questions you may have for your therapist. If you are a good fit and decide to move forward, you will be able to schedule an intake assessment.
COMPLETE PAPERWORK AND ATTEND INTAKE ASSESSMENT APPOINTMENT
Your therapist will send you a link to create an account on the client portal and be required to complete necessary paperwork. Then you can schedule a 50 minute intake assessment appointment where your therapist will delve deep into your presenting concerns and background. Together you will set goals for therapy and agree to how frequently you will meet for therapy sessions.
ATTEND YOUR THERAPY SESSION AND START YOUR JOURNEY.
Therapy sessions are 50 minute appointments where you will work with your therapist on the goals you outlined and frequently check in to assess your progress. Therapy is active and you will be expected to continue working on your goals between sessions.
INSURANCE
We are not contracted with any insurance panels at this time and would be considered an out of network provider. If you plan to seek reimbursement, you will need to contact your insurance provider to discuss how your plan compensates you for out of network mental health coverage. We will happily provide any required documentation.
PRIVATE PAY
Psychotherapy sessions are $150.

Payment can be made before a session by cash, or credit/debit card.

In accordance with the No Surprises Act (H.R. 3630), we would be happy to provide a Good Faith Estimate to any client who would like to review their anticipated therapy costs. This estimate is non-binding and intended to foster transparency between health care providers and their consumers.
